Unused Crocs in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact with your order number. Prepaid (demo) orders are treated as paid for testing; live refunds will follow the same window once payments go live.
If you bought 2+ pairs and received 10% off, refunds are calculated on the discounted amount you paid.
